RETURNS & EXCHANGES
If you are unhappy with your unused, original product, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 30 days of its arrival. We cannot accept the return, refund, or exchange of a used, worn, or altered product. Please be aware that you may not cancel or alter a customized order once submitted. Due to the personal nature of a customized product, we also cannot accept returns of any product with personal modifications.
If your product arrived damaged, we are happy to repair or exchange it for you. Please contact email@example.com should your purchase have manufacturing issues.
Shipping fees are not returnable or adjustable. All products are shipped via USPS unless otherwise requested. The customer will cover any additional fees due to a customer-requested change in carrier. When an order ships from JBird Collective, we are no longer liable for the status of the package: the carrier then assumes all responsibility for package safety and shipping time.
If your package appears to be lost in transit, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
The customer is responsible for any additional duties, shipping fees, and taxes that may apply due to their country’s laws and regulations.
We believe our products should last a lifetime, so we've placed a lifetime warrantee on all JBird Collective products. We will happily repair any product malfunction due to normal wear and tear. We are not responsible for your return shipping cost but will glady cover the repair and ship your item back to you. All issues that qualify for repair are at the discrection of the JBC team. This warrantee does NOT apply to irregular damaging of the product, i.e. knife wounds, dropping in fire pits, etc.
